Terms for Fairy Magic Myth

Agreement

Fairy Magic Myth is made by Last Myth Studios for children from five years old and the adult beside them. By installing or playing it, the parent or guardian accepts these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the game.

An adult should set up the game and accompany the child.

Free and non-commercial

The game is free and, in this version, non-commercial: there are no purchases of any kind, no currency, no lives and no timers. Every level and the ending are free.

Advertising

The game has no ads at the moment, but it may have ads in the future. If that happens, we will update these terms and the privacy policy beforehand, and new terms will be made available in the game for the player's parent or guardian to read and accept before the change takes effect. Any ads would follow the app-store rules and the laws that protect children.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to play Fairy Magic Myth. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the game, or its art, music and other content.

Updates and progress

The game receives updates, which may add, change or remove levels and features. Progress lives on the device: uninstalling the game deletes it, and we have no way to recover it.

Intellectual property

Fairy Magic Myth, Lucy, the fairy city, and the game's art, music, story, names and logos belong to Last Myth Studios. Fan art and gameplay videos are welcome for non-commercial use, with credit to the game.

Links outside the game

A few buttons meant for adults open pages outside the game, such as the support page and the pages of other Last Myth Studios games. Each of them first asks a multiplication question for an adult to answer. Pages run by others, such as the app stores, follow their own terms.

Availability

The game is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available without interruption, and we may update or discontinue it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes

We will publish any change on this page, update the date above and announce it in the game. Relevant changes, such as adding ads, only take effect after the parent or guardian reads and accepts the new terms in the game.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. Questions: hello@lastmythstudios.com.
