In short, for parents and guardians
- No account and no sign-up. The game never asks for a name, email, photo or birth date.
- Progress, settings and language stay on the device. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
- To improve the levels, the game sends us anonymous gameplay statistics (levels started and finished, time, mistakes and hints), with nothing that identifies the child or the device.
- No chat, no free text and nothing for a child to type or post.
- Nothing to buy, and no third-party analytics or advertising services. Every level and the ending are free.
- No ads at the moment. If ads are ever added, we will update this policy and the terms first, and a parent or guardian will read and accept the new terms in the game before the change takes effect.
- Buttons that lead out of the game, and the rating button, first ask a multiplication question for an adult to answer.
- Questions, or a request to delete data: hello@lastmythstudios.com.

Who we are
Last Myth Studios makes Fairy Magic Myth, a free magic game for children from five years old and the adult beside them. Lucy, a young fairy, learns magic in the fairy city across more than 100 levels. This policy covers the game on iPhone and iPad, Android and Windows. Questions: hello@lastmythstudios.com.
What we never ask for
There is no account and no sign-up. The game never asks for a name, email, phone number, photo, voice, contacts, birth date or precise location, and it does not use the advertising ID. There is no chat, no free text and no content made by players. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell data.
What stays on the device
Progress, settings and the chosen language are saved only on the device. We don't receive any of it. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it.
Reminders are optional: they are local notifications scheduled on the device, and only if you allow them. Nothing leaves the device for them. Vibration also happens only on the device.
Technical events we receive
To find out which levels need work, the game sends us anonymous gameplay statistics from version 1.0.1 on: when a level starts and ends (finished, left through the map, closed midway or skipped by the help), the time spent on it, how many mistakes and hints, the magic score, whether it is the first time on that level, the chosen mode (Help or Adventure) and how long the game stayed open.
These events carry no name and no identifier of the child or the device. They go with a random code that changes every time the game is opened, so events from different days cannot be joined and nobody can tell who is who. They also carry the game version, the platform, the language and counters kept on the device itself, such as how many days ago the game was installed and how many times it was opened. The IP address is not stored with the events.
Without internet, the events wait in a file on the device until there is a connection.
The events go to the studio site, hosted by Vercel, and are stored with our database provider, Supabase. The hosting provider also records technical connection data, such as IP address and time, for security, and keeps it for a short time.
No leaderboards and no social features
The game does not use Game Center or Google Play Games. There are no leaderboards, friends or profiles, and nothing that puts a child in touch with other people.
Grown-up question, ratings and links
Everything that leads out of the game sits behind a question for grown-ups: a multiplication, typed on a keypad. The page opens only after the right answer.
These buttons are the privacy policy and the terms, the support page (to send us a suggestion), the pages of other Last Myth Studios games on the studio site, and the Rate button, which shows the app store's own rating prompt. The game never asks for a rating by itself. Pages run by others, such as the app stores, follow their own privacy policies.
Purchases
There are no purchases of any kind: no currency, no lives and no timers. Every level and the ending are free, so we never handle payment data.
Advertising
The game has no ads at the moment, but it may have ads in the future. If that happens, we will update this policy and the terms beforehand, and new terms will be made available in the game for the player's parent or guardian to read and accept before the change takes effect. Any ads would follow the app-store rules and the laws that protect children.
Why we use this data
Only to see which levels are hardest and improve them, to keep the game and the site working safely, and to fix problems.
How long we keep it
Technical events: up to 12 months. Connection data in the hosting provider's logs: a short time, for security. Everything on the device: until the game is uninstalled.
Who handles the data
Providers that act on our instructions: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). The app stores handle downloads and ratings under their own policies. We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
Fairy Magic Myth is made for children, always with their best interest in mind. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children: the game asks for nothing, and the technical events are anonymous. If you believe a child's personal data reached us anyway, tell us and we will delete it.
Parents and guardians can write to hello@lastmythstudios.com with any question, or to ask us to delete data.
This site
This site has no forms and asks for nothing. It keeps a single cookie, only to remember the chosen language. The hosting provider's connection logs described above also apply here.
Your rights
The LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (European Union and United Kingdom), and COPPA and the CCPA (United States) give rights over personal data, such as access, correction, deletion and objecting to its use. We extend these rights to everyone, wherever they live. Write to hello@lastmythstudios.com. In Brazil you can also contact the ANPD; in the EU and the UK, your data protection authority.
Changes
We will publish any change on this page and update the date above. Relevant changes will also be announced in the game, and a relevant change, such as adding ads, only takes effect after the parent or guardian reads and accepts the new terms in the game.
